My client is the Management Development manager Jane, who reports to the Assistant Director, Personnel and Training, Christine.

Monday morning briefings are taken over by Chrisine’s issues, leaving no time for Jane’s issues.

Jane is left on her own to battle with her own problems in developing training for senior managers in the company.

She is constantly ‘on call’ for Christine, who summons her for help at any hour. Jane feels obliged to respond as C fights their corner to the board,

Jane is short of time, short of support and worn out.
