Supervision is for practitioners engaged in counselling, mentoring or coaching. The purpose of supervision is to support practitioners in their professional role, ensure quality in the service they provide and offer them opportunities for reflective learning.

Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic coaching offers you an understanding of your situation and feelings, empathy and understanding as well as consideration of your options for action. Our therapeutic coach is a qualified therapist who brings her understanding of emotional matters and her  business experience to the coaching process. .

Psychotherapy
Our integrative approach to Psychotherapy is primarily person-centred but includes recognition of the significance of past experiences on an individual’s present situation.
